🚀 Scoped Team Logins, Mobile Maps & Smarter Dispatch
Released: April 2026
Dear Offloaders,
This release brings a foundational upgrade to how your team signs up and logs in. It also delivers a rebuilt mobile map experience and quality-of-life improvements across dispatch, digital BOL, and route planning. Many of these updates came directly from customer feedback — thank you for keeping the ideas coming.

🎯 Top 3 This Release
- Organization-based logins & redesigned Users table - Every org now has a scoped login URL and admins see the full member lifecycle with contextual per-row actions.
- Mobile maps rebuilt on a new mapping engine - Dark mode navigation, satellite view toggle, POI creation on the route map, and crash-free long navigation sessions.
- Dispatcher template prefill on drag-and-drop - Dragging a project onto the dispatch calendar now opens a pre-filled review modal instead of creating a blank entry.

Settings & User Management
Invitations now flow through organization-based login, giving each org a dedicated login URL. New team members land in the correct organization on first sign-in. Blocked accounts now show a clear, descriptive error instead of a generic login failure.
- See the full lifecycle state of every team member in the redesigned Settings Users table — Account Status badges surface invited-by, joined date, and disabled-by metadata at a glance.
- Each row shows contextual actions — Invite, Re-send, Revoke, Disable, or Re-enable — based on the member's current status. Take the right action without navigating away.
- Auditing large teams is faster — a new Last Login column, infinite scroll, and sticky headers are now available.
- Sysadmins can now block or unblock users with a full audit trail (who was blocked, when, and by whom). Use "Remove completely" to permanently clear a user's access and account record in one action. Copy an org's login link from the organization ellipsis menu.
Mobile App
We rebuilt the mobile map layer on a new mapping engine. The upgrade brings a broader set of map capabilities and resolves crashes that occurred during long navigation sessions.
New capabilities
- Navigate at night with less eye strain — dark mode is now available on the navigation screen.
- Satellite view toggle on both the navigation map and the permit review map, with your preference saved to device storage.
- POI creation and editing via long-press on the route review map, with POI visibility preference persisted across sessions.
- Get better depth perception on the navigation map — a slight pitch is now applied to the view.
- Rename projects and loads directly from mobile — no need to switch to the web app.
Stability fixes
- The navigation screen stays stable on long hauls — the main cause of crashes during extended sessions has been eliminated.
- Position updates no longer trigger a full map redraw, keeping navigation responsive throughout your route.
- Only the next upcoming turn appears on the navigation map (with a white arrow), keeping the navigation view smooth and easy to read.
- Reordering stops via long-press now works correctly.
Onboarding fix
New team members now land correctly in the app after accepting their invitation and logging in for the first time. Previously, these users encountered an error screen and could not access the app until a team member resolved it manually.
Dispatch & Scheduling
- Dragging a project onto a date column now opens a review modal pre-filled with the project's dispatch template — notes, equipment requirements, and crew requirements. Confirm or edit before committing, reducing accidental blank or incorrect records.
- The project loads panel now shows a "Project Details" title with improved search and selection controls.
- Long commodity names truncate with an ellipsis instead of overflowing the card.
- All project cards now use a consistent dark border color across every color theme.
- We lightened background colors and reduced button sizes for a cleaner calendar view.
Digital BOL
Web
- A "Reassign" button now appears on each incomplete submitter row in the expanded eDocument detail panel. Update the signer's name, email, and phone mid-workflow without voiding and recreating the document.
Mobile
- Fixed the signing screen hanging after a signer completed or declined a document. Signers now see a success or declined overlay with a 5-second auto-dismiss progress bar before the app navigates back.
OD Assistant
- The assistant now correctly handles jurisdictions that reference an external document for spring thaw or frost season limits. When a manual points to a separate thaw zones guide, the assistant explains what the manual says and directs you to the authoritative source. It no longer presents regular-season values as thaw-season limits.
Permits & Routing
- Fixed a bug where copying a historical route could replace its segment-by-segment waypoints with just the load's overall start and end points, corrupting the copied route's path. Copied routes now preserve their exact waypoints.
Other Fixes and Enhancements
- Commodity quantities now save correctly — previously, certain keyboard inputs could cause a silent save failure with no feedback.
- The load creation modal shows a toast notification with field-specific error messages when validation fails, pointing you to exactly which field needs attention.
As always, reply with questions or suggestions — your feedback shapes what we build next.
