🚀 Multi-Template Dispatch, Smarter Manifests & Key Fixes
Released: April 2026
Dear Offloaders,
This release centers on the dispatch board. Projects now support multiple dispatch templates, so you can plan distinct phases or crews under a single project card — no duplication required. The Equipment Manifest gets sharper too: a new primary resource type field and per-template filtering keep each phase's equipment list isolated and accurate.
We've also improved privacy in OD Assistant — chat conversations are now strictly scoped to the active organization, so users on shared devices see only their own organization's history. We resolved a map crash in driver tracking and several edge-case errors in load and project creation. Many of these improvements came directly from your reports — thank you.
Happy Hauling, Eric
🎯 Top 3 This Release
- Multiple Dispatch Templates - Add, rename, and reorder templates inside a single project — plan separate phases or crews without duplicating project cards.
- Primary Resource Type on Equipment - Mark one resource type as primary per asset to sharpen manifest reporting and per-template filtering.
- OD Assistant Org-Scoped Chat - Chat history is now strictly isolated per organization, so another organization's conversations no longer appear to users on a shared device.

Dispatch & Scheduling
Projects now support multiple dispatch templates. Open the "Edit Project" modal to find a new tabbed interface where you can add, rename, and remove templates without leaving the modal. When a project has 2 or more templates, the side panel renders them as individually draggable sub-cards. Drag them into any order to sequence multi-phase and multi-crew work inside one project.
Clearing a project day is now a single action. A new "Unschedule All Loads" option in the project card's action menu (⋮) removes every load assignment at once. The existing unschedule-project confirmation dialog also gains an "Also unschedule loads" checkbox so you can handle both steps together.
- The project info bar now uses a light gray background with a colored left-border accent. Each project stands out at a glance, even when many are visible on the board.
- Font sizes on crew cards, load detail cards, project cards, and date row footers are now refined for better readability.
- Collapsed project cards now display a colorized state, so you can identify project types without expanding them.
Equipment Manifest
- Trucks, trailers, and equipment forms now include a primary resource type field. Mark 1 type as primary per asset assignment to give your team a clear canonical classification for manifest reporting and filtering.
- Equipment manifest retrieval now filters by dispatch template, so each template surfaces only its own requirements. When a project spans multiple phases, each phase's manifest stays isolated — no cross-template equipment confusion.
OD Assistant
- Chat conversations are now scoped strictly to the active organization. Switching accounts in a shared browser no longer reveals another organization's chat history.
- Permit scans now complete successfully even when an address is a highway-style location without a city name — such as an interstate mile marker or a state line crossing. You can fill in the location manually rather than encountering a server error.
Permits & Routing
- Dispatchers monitoring live driver positions no longer see a blank or crashed map when the first position update arrives quickly after page load.
Other Fixes and Enhancements
- The admin user management interface now matches the organization settings experience, including an organization scope selector, a consolidated management modal, and corrected settings category labels.
- The "Edit", "Block", and "Remove" action menus in the admin Users and Organizations tables are now fully accessible. Menus appear correctly above the table, no longer hidden behind the table edge.
- New users and admins now have a step-by-step onboarding guide. It covers team invitations and mobile app setup on iOS and Android, with a troubleshooting table for common issues.
- Creating a project with an invalid branch or customer now returns a clear validation message. Previously you'd see a server error instead.
