Resources FAQ
Why do I see Contacts and Sharing instead of Assets, People, and Partners?
Your organization is on the earlier navigation layout. The new Resources layout is rolling out per organization. Contact support@letsoffload.com to switch. Your data is the same either way.
Where did the Approvals tab go?
It did not carry over from the old Sharing page. You approve or decline a shared load on the load itself, where you can see the full picture before deciding.
How do I delete a truck or a person?
You usually don't. Assets have no delete; set the status instead. People who have a login can't be hard-deleted; set their status to Terminated. Either way the resource drops off the availability grid but keeps its history.
Why is a terminated person still on the roster?
The roster is the full record, so terminated people stay listed with their status. The availability grid only shows active resources, so they disappear there.
Why does the availability grid start on Internal only?
Most scheduling questions are about your own fleet and team, so the grid defaults to Internal. Switch the ownership filter to All or External to see partner resources.
What do the colored bands on the availability grid mean?
Blue means the resource is on a load that day (dispatched, or riding as cargo). If your organization uses site work, on-site bands show committed and available-on-site days, and a hatched band means the resource is scheduled to mobilize.
Can I filter the availability grid by branch?
Not yet. The grid filters by ownership (Internal / External), kind, and search. The Inventory and Roster tables have the full Branch/Company filter.
Whose company does an external driver count under?
The company that owns the person, not who dispatched them. A partner's driver assigned to your load stays external and keeps their company label.
