Roles & Permissions
Every person in Offload has a role. Your role decides what you can see, what you can change, and what you have to ask someone else to approve. This section explains how roles work and what each role can do.

- Admins setting up a new team. Pick the right role for each person you invite.
- Dispatchers, project managers, permit coordinators. Understand why a teammate can or can't do something.
- Anyone seeing "you don't have permission" messages. Find out what role you have and what you'd need to change.

If you're new to roles in Offload, read these in order:
