Printing & exporting
Get the day's plan out of the app and into your team's hands: printed dispatch sheets for the field, or PDFs to email.
Print a dispatch sheet for one date
You print a day's sheet straight from its date row on the board. There is no separate print button in the toolbar; the print view inherits the date and your branch filter from the row you click.
- 1
Open the date row menu
Click the menu (the kebab) on the date row you want to print. - 2
Choose Print / Export to PDF
A print page opens in a new tab and your browser's print dialog opens automatically. - 3
Print or save
Send the sheet to a printer, or choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to save a file.
The sheet is organized by crew: each crew's driver, truck, and loads together, in the order they appear on the board. Any branch filter you've set carries over, so the sheet only includes the branches you're working.
Tips for better prints
- Use landscape orientation for wider sheets.
- Turn on the "Background graphics" option in your browser's print settings so status colors and badges print.
- The print page has its own menu with Export to PDF and Manage Schedule (which jumps back to the live board on the same date), so you can reprint or edit without going back first.
If your organization has Publish Dispatch (beta), you can broadcast the day's plan to the people on it instead of handing out paper. See Digital Dispatch.
Export list data
For spreadsheet-style exports of loads, jobs, or permits, use the Export button on the saved-views workspaces. The CSV honors the active view's filters and columns, so you can build exactly the report you need and export it.
