Why Digital Dispatch
Managing oversize/overweight freight means juggling drivers, trucks, trailers, equipment, and load schedules across multiple projects and dates. Digital Dispatch brings everything together so you can see who’s available, what’s scheduled, and where your resources are at a glance.
Key concepts
- Loads — Individual shipments that need to move from origin to destination
- Projects — Groups of related loads (e.g., all loads for the same job site)
- Crews — A driver and truck paired together, assigned to a project for a given date
- Resources — The people and equipment you schedule: drivers, trucks, trailers, and other equipment

Getting started
- Navigate to Dispatch in the left sidebar
- Select your date range using the toolbar at the top
- Filter by branch if you only want to see certain locations
- Choose the view that fits your current task
From there, you can drag and drop to schedule loads, assign resources, and manage your daily operations.
