I rescheduled a load and got a conflict warning. What now?
If the assigned driver or truck has a conflict on the new date, Offload shows a warning. Resolve it before you rely on the schedule. The same goes for resource assignment: if a slot already has a resource of that type, a confirmation dialog shows the current and new resource before you overwrite.
Why can't I assign the same truck or driver twice?
Offload prevents double-booking. The same truck can't go on two setups of one load, and a driver or truck can appear only once per job per day.
Does the order of cards on the board matter?
Yes. The order you arrange jobs and crews sets the sequence on printed dispatch sheets. Drag cards up or down to reorder; it saves automatically.
I assigned a driver and a truck appeared on the crew. Why?
If the crew had no truck yet and the driver has a default truck on file, Offload assigns that truck at the same time. If a truck is already on the crew, the default truck is left alone.
I dropped a load on a crew and expected its other setups to change. They didn't.
That's by design. Dropping a load on a crew slot does two things only: moves the load to that date and applies that crew's driver and truck to the dragged setup. The load's other dispatches are left untouched.
How do I schedule a phase across its whole window without dragging every day?
Schedule one date, set it up, then use "Copy Project Card" in the card menu to copy it across a date range. Requirements, people, and notes copy; the source date is skipped.
I edited a phase's requirements and the board asked me to confirm changes. What is that?
Scheduled dates stay linked to their phase's requirements. When you change the requirements, Offload shows the impact on already-scheduled dates (slots added or removed, people unassigned) and applies it after you confirm. Unlink a date from the card menu if you want it to stop following the phase.
Why don't my board display settings show up when I print?
Card width, zoom, and overflow are personal display options for the screen. Printing always uses the default layout so sheets stay consistent.
Where's the Print button? I don't see one in the toolbar.
Printing is per date: open the date row's menu and choose "Print / Export to PDF". The sheet follows your branch filter. See Printing & exporting.
My printed dispatch sheet is missing status colors and badges.
Turn on the "Background graphics" option in your browser's print settings. Landscape orientation also works better for wider sheets.
Can one load use different trailers or equipment for different commodities?
Yes. When a load carries multiple commodities, each commodity can have its own equipment. Drag a trailer or equipment from the Resources rail onto the commodity, or use the assignment button.
What does the 'Not published' chip on a date header mean?
Your organization has Publish Dispatch (beta). The chip shows whether that date's plan has been broadcast to the people on it. Click it to review the audience, edit the day note, and publish.
