Printing & Exporting

Digital Dispatch offers multiple ways to get your schedule out of the app and into the hands of your team — printed sheets for the field, PDFs for email, and Excel files for offline reference.

Print view

The print view generates a formatted dispatch sheet for a single date, designed for printing or saving as PDF.

Choosing a layout

The print view supports 2 layouts:

• Crew layout — Organized by crew. Each crew section shows the driver, truck, and assigned loads. Best when your team is organized by crew and each crew needs their own sheet.
• Load layout — Organized by load. Each section shows a load with its assigned resources. Best when you need a load-by-load breakdown for operations tracking.

Printing a dispatch sheet

1. In any dispatch view, click the Print button in the toolbar
2. Select the date you want to print
3. Choose the layout (crew or load)
4. Optionally filter by branch to include only specific locations
5. Your browser’s print dialog opens automatically

From the print dialog, you can:

• Send directly to a printer
• Save as PDF by selecting “Save as PDF” as the destination

Tips for better prints

• Use landscape orientation for wider dispatch sheets
• Check the “Background graphics” option in your browser’s print settings to include status colors and badges
• Each project starts on its own section for clean page breaks

Daily Dispatch Excel export

The Daily Dispatch grid can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet.

1. Switch to the Daily Dispatch view
2. Set your date range
3. Click the Excel export button in the toolbar
4. The file downloads to your computer

The Excel export includes every column visible in the grid: truck, driver, load, project, trailers, commodities, escorts, origin, destination, and notes. Use it for offline reference, sharing with partners, or importing into other tools.

Daily Dispatch PDF export

You can also print the Daily Dispatch grid directly:

1. Switch to the Daily Dispatch view
2. Click the Print button
3. Use your browser’s print dialog to print or save as PDF

This prints the grid as-is, including any active search filters. Clear the search bar first if you want the full unfiltered report.
