Daily Dispatch Report

The Daily Dispatch report gives you a single, searchable table summarizing everything happening across a date range. It’s designed for daily operations coordination — review the plan, confirm assignments, and distribute the report to your team.

What the report shows

Each row in the Daily Dispatch grid represents a load and includes:

  • Truck — The assigned power unit
  • Driver — Who’s operating the truck
  • Load — Load name and identifier
  • Project — The project the load belongs to
  • Trailers — Assigned trailers with resource types
  • Commodities — What’s being hauled
  • Escorts — Any escort vehicles assigned
  • Origin and destination — Pickup and delivery locations
  • Notes — Dispatch notes for the crew

Searching the report

Use the search bar at the top of the Daily Dispatch grid to filter across all columns. Type a driver name, truck number, project name, or any other value and the grid instantly filters to matching rows.

This is useful when you need to quickly find:

  • All loads assigned to a specific driver
  • Everything scheduled for a particular project
  • Loads going to a specific destination

  1. Switch to the Daily Dispatch view
  2. Set your date range in the toolbar
  3. Click the Print button

Using the report for daily coordination

The Daily Dispatch report works well as a morning briefing tool:

  1. Open the Daily Dispatch view at the start of the day
  2. Set the date range to today
  3. Review all loads, confirming drivers and trucks are correct
  4. Search for any last-minute changes or gaps
  5. Export or print the report and distribute to your team

Because the report updates in real time, you can keep it open throughout the day to track changes as dispatchers adjust assignments.
