Getting Started
Welcome to Offload! This guide walks you through the initial setup so you can start managing loads, routes, and permits right away.
1. Create your account
Sign up at app.offload.com using your company email. Your organization admin can also invite you directly.
2. Set up your organization
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to configure your organization profile:
- Company name and address
- USDOT number
- Insurance information
3. Add your first load
Navigate to Loads → New Load and enter the basic shipment details:
- Origin and destination
- Commodity description
- Vehicle and trailer dimensions
4. Plan a route
After creating a load, use the Route Planner to generate an optimized route that accounts for bridge clearances, restricted roads, and permit requirements.
